What we actually do.

Every mandate we take on is built from the ground up. What follows is a starting menu — not a price list. Most engagements combine several of these capabilities, sequenced to the rhythm of an electoral or public calendar.

01 — Research & Intelligence

The work begins with listening.

Before any narrative or campaign goes out, we make sure we understand the audience better than anyone else in the room.

01 / 14

Political Analysis

Decoding voter behaviour, regional dynamics, alliance arithmetic and sentiment trends to guide every campaign decision — from candidate selection to the cadence of public appearances.

02 / 14

Surveys

Field and online surveys to measure attitudes, issue salience, leader perception and voter intent. Methodology is matched to the mandate — quick-pulse trackers, deep baseline studies, constituency-level sampling, or hybrid online–offline panels.

03 / 14

Sentiment Intelligence

Real-time tracking of public mood, social conversation and voter trends, with weekly or daily readouts depending on campaign tempo. Built to refine strategy mid-flight, not just to report after the fact.

04 / 14

War Room Setup

Real-time monitoring, rapid response and intelligence operations for high-stakes campaigns — opposition tracking, message coordination across surrogates, and a single command surface for the campaign leadership.

02 — Strategy & Design

Where the campaign earns its credibility.

What the leadership wants to say, what the audience needs to hear, and the bridge between the two.

05 / 14

Communication Strategy

Designing persuasive narratives that align public sentiment with leadership goals — message architectures, talking points, surrogate frameworks, and crisis playbooks.

06 / 14

Campaign Design

Concept-to-execution campaign planning, balanced between creativity and analytics. Creative platforms, phasing, audience segmentation and the calendar that ties them together.

07 / 14

Booth Management Strategy

Optimising booth-level operations for outreach, coordination and turnout — from voter list intelligence and karyakarta deployment to polling-day mobilisation.

08 / 14

Hyperlocal Branding

Localised messaging and creative for micro-geographies, constituencies and even individual booths. Language, imagery and references that sound like they came from the place itself.

03 — Creative & Production

Strategy is invisible without execution.

Our creative and production work is built in-house, briefed to the strategy, and held to broadcast standard.

09 / 14

Production: TVCs & DVCs

Broadcast and digital video production delivering message precision and visual consistency — from leader films and policy explainers to reactive social cuts.

10 / 14

Advertising — Traditional, OOH & Digital

Cohesive advertising strategies that meet audiences where they are: print, television, radio, hoardings, transit, regional cinema, and every digital surface that matters.

11 / 14

Social & Digital Communications

Strategic content, storytelling and paid digital outreach engineered to maximise reach and engagement — across the platforms voters actually use, in the languages they actually speak.

04 — Outreach & Operations

The last mile of any campaign.

Where strategy and creative meet the people they were made for.

12 / 14

Influencer Collaboration & Training

Building authentic networks of voices — creators, community figures, sectoral experts — and training spokespersons and surrogates to amplify the message without diluting it.

13 / 14

Media Management

Managing earned and paid media to strengthen brand perception and narrative control — relationships, briefings, op-ed pipelines and the long arc of reputation.

14 / 14

Event Operations

Rallies, roadshows, town halls and campaign activations tailored to audience engagement and broadcast value — staged for the room, designed for the screen.

05 — Where we work

India is home, but politics is global.

Most of our mandates are in India, where we work across national, state and constituency-level engagements. Beyond that, we have advised on mandates across South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa and the Gulf — in English, Hindi and several Indian regional languages, in partnership with local teams where it matters.

06 — A note on discretion

Our work is, by nature, confidential.

We do not publish active client lists, briefs or strategy documents. References are available privately for serious mandates. If you are reaching out about a live engagement, please use a personal email address rather than a campaign or organisational one.

07 — Start a conversation

Tell us about the mandate, the timeline, and what success looks like.

We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it. All initial conversations are confidential and without obligation.
